RED DOG POO CREW LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Red Dog Poo Crew LLC! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our pet waste removal services. By scheduling and accepting our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Red Dog Poo Crew LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial dog waste removal services. By hiring us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

We offer the following dog waste management services:

• Twice-Weekly Cleaning
• Weekly Cleaning
• Every Other Week Cleaning
• One-Time Clean

Service pricing is based on a yard size of up to 1/4th of an acre. Additional charges apply for larger areas.

WASTE HAUL AWAY

Available to subscription customers only. Not valid on one-time cleanups. One-time cleanup waste haul away is available for an additional cost of $10.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have safe and unobstructed access to the service area. If we are unable to perform the service due to locked gates, blocked access, frozen gates, or pets in the yard, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply.

To avoid disruptions, we recommend providing a gate code or key. If you request a return visit, a $5 additional trip fee will be added to your bill.

We work in most weather conditions, including light rain and cold temperatures. However, we may delay or skip service due to:

• Severe storms
• High winds
• Extreme temperatures
• Flooding
• Snow accumulation

Red Dog Poo Crew LLC operates on a monthly subscription model, meaning refunds are not provided for missed service due to weather. We will resume service on the next scheduled visit and remove accumulated waste at that time. If you require an additional visit, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We do not provide service on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day

If your scheduled service falls on a holiday, it will be skipped and resumed on the next scheduled visit. Refunds are not provided, as waste will be collected on the following service date.

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month.
• If your payment method is declined, service will be suspended until payment is received.
• One-time cleanings are billed after service completion, and payment is due within 24 hours.
• Late fees: A $10 late fee will be applied to any payment not received by the 3rd of the month.
• Accounts overdue by 30+ days will be referred to collections.

FREE INITIAL CLEANUP

If you sign up for a subscription and receive your free cleaning before making a payment, you are still required to pay the agreed-upon monthly price. The free initial cleanup is a perk of signing up, not a standalone service, and by accepting it, you commit to the subscription terms, including payment for a full month.

Free initial cleanup includes up to 30 minutes of scooping. If more time is required, additional time is billed at $15 for every additional 15-minute increment.

While we strive to provide thorough cleanups, certain conditions may impact service quality:

• Tall grass, leaves, or debris can make waste difficult to locate. If necessary, we will remove any missed waste during the next scheduled visit.
• If you find an excessive amount of missed waste, notify us promptly at reddogpoocrew@gmail.com.

• Decks, patios, or sidewalks: $5 per visit
• Return visit due to locked/blocked access: $5
• Cleaning rock or pebbled areas: $3 per visit
• Waiting time (if we must wait to begin service): $5 per visit
• One-time cleanup waste haul away: $10

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including your name, address, phone number, and service preferences. Your information is used exclusively by Red Dog Poo Crew LLC and will never be sold to third parties.

We may share information with third-party service providers for billing, account management, or legal compliance. Information may also be disclosed in response to subpoenas, legal proceedings, or law enforcement requests.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend operations between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Monthly rates will remain unchanged unless you choose to scoop your yard yourself during this period.

Our prices are subject to change due to factors such as market fluctuations, supplier costs, and other external variables. While we strive to keep our pricing consistent, adjustments may be necessary from time to time.

SERVICE DAY

We strive to provide reliable and consistent service for our customers. However, there may be times when we need to adjust the day of your scheduled weekly service due to factors such as route optimization, weather conditions, or holidays. If a change is necessary, we will notify you in advance and do our best to accommodate your needs.
