No! You can start, pause, or cancel your service at any time. However, refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you'll still receive service for the rest of that month.

No, we don't provide specific arrival windows. We optimize our routes the night before to account for driving time and the different scoop locations.

Our routes are optimized based on all scoop locations. Generally, your service day will be assigned based on your location. If you need a specific day, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No! We'll enter your yard, scoop the dog waste, and send you a photo of the closed gate along with a completion email to confirm your service was finished.

We take the waste with us at no extra charge and dispose of it through Waste Management.
